Surface inspection for the food sector

Our surface inspection for the food industry is a 3D application:

The surface structure is recorded with all unevenness, for example for inspection

  • of flocking, graining, even flouring of baked goods
  • the distribution and coarseness of panade
  • for cracks, burns and other surface defects
  • for the presence of desired properties such as embossed patterns or the slit of desired length and depth in a loaf of bread

If necessary, the 3D application can be extended to include color information!
